Introduction

Global Leadership equips managers with the skills required to lead people, projects, and organisations across multiple countries and cultures. This five-day course develops practical leadership capabilities for professionals responsible for multinational teams and global operations. Participants will strengthen their skills in international leadership, cross-cultural communication, organisational influence, strategic decision-making, and global team performance through practical exercises, case studies, and leadership simulations.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
